Aix\u00f2 comporta que en ocasions es posin en pr\u00e0ctica &#8216;mites&#8217; sobre l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 que no sempre s\u00f3n correctes.<\/p>\n<p>Tots tenim clar que, per cuidar la l\u00ednia, s&#8217;ha de reduir el consum de sucre en forma de dol\u00e7os o begudes ensucrades, per\u00f2 &#8230; qu\u00e8 passa amb altres aliments que s\u00f3n considerats sans?<\/p>\n<p>Comentem els falsos mites:<br \/>\n-Els aliments light no engreixen &#8230; FALS<br \/>\nEls aliments light tenen aproximadament un 30% menys de l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica que els seus hom\u00f2legs, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 tenen calories, de manera que cal moderar o fins i tot limitar alguns d&#8217;aquests aliments light.<\/p>\n<p>-El oli d&#8217;oliva cru no engreixa &#8230; FALS<br \/>\nL&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva \u00e9s fant\u00e0stic i est\u00e0 carregat d&#8217;antioxidants, per\u00f2 t\u00e9 tamb\u00e9 un munt de calories es consumeixi en cru o fregit. El seu \u00fas ha de ser sempre limitat a una dieta.<\/p>\n<p>-El alvocat \u00e9s una verdura &#8230; FALS.<br \/>\nL&#8217;alvocat en greix i equival a l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;oli, motiu pel qual la seva ingesta ha de ser tamb\u00e9 limitada si alg\u00fa vol cuidar la seva l\u00ednia.<\/p>\n<p>-La fruita no engreixa &#8230; FALS.<br \/>\nLa fruita est\u00e0 composta d&#8217;aigua, vitamines i sucre, pel que la seva ingesta ha d&#8217;estar tamb\u00e9 controlada en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3. \u00c9s preferible menjar la fruita amb la polpa i si la pe\u00e7a ho permet tamb\u00e9 amb la pell, aix\u00ed ingerim m\u00e9s fibra i el sucre s&#8217;absorbeix m\u00e9s lentament. Evitar sempre els sucs de fruita envasats, tenen gran quantitat de sucre.<br \/>\n-El pa i la pasta integrals no engreixen &#8230; FALS<br \/>\nEls productes integrals tenen m\u00e9s quantitat de fibra que els blancs, per\u00f2 tenen igual nombre de calories. Aix\u00ed doncs, \u00e9s m\u00e9s sa prendre aliments rics en fibra, per\u00f2 sempre amb moderaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica \u00e9s igual al dels no integrals.<\/p>\n<p>-El sucre moreno engreixa menys que el blanc &#8230; FALS<br \/>\nEl sucre bru i el blanc aporten pr\u00e0cticament les mateixes calories. Sempre cal controlar el consum de sucre.<\/p>\n<p>-El aigua entre \u00e0pats engreixa &#8230; FALS<br \/>\nL&#8217;aigua t\u00e9 una aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica nul, no engreixa prendre aigua. \u00c9s convenient prendre for\u00e7a aigua, aproximadament 1,5-2 litres \/ dia<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 variada i sempre amb mesura \u00e9s la base d&#8217;una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/estheticbcn.com\/ca\/pauta-nutricional\">nutrici\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> correcta.<\/p>\n<p>Per a qualsevol dubte, pots contactar amb la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/estheticbcn.com\/ca\/equipo\/dra-ana-molina-lacasa\">Dra.
