S&#8217;ha fet un seguiment de 28 anys de 92.383 persones, a les quals se&#8217;ls ha interrogat sobre el consum d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva cada 4 anys, aix\u00ed com de la qualitat de la dieta.<\/p>\n<p>El resultat \u00e9s que els pacients amb <strong>consum d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva de 7gr\/dia s&#8217;associen amb un 28% menor de risc de mort associada a dem\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s molt interessant recordar que les persones que tenen dues c\u00f2pies de l&#8217;al\u00b7lel APOE tenen de 5 a 9 vegades m\u00e9s risc de mortalitat relacionada amb dem\u00e8ncia. Doncs fins i tot en aquesta poblaci\u00f3 amb dos al\u00b7lels d&#8217;APOE, el fet de consumir almenys 5 gr d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva diari, disminueix aquest risc un 28%.<\/p>\n<p>Podr\u00edem pensar que les persones que prenen oli d&#8217;oliva per amanir o cuinar els seus aliments tenen millor dieta que les que no el fan servir. A l&#8217;estudi es conclou que el benefici d&#8217;aquests 7 gr d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva diari \u00e9s independent del tipus de dieta que es faci.<\/p>\n<p>Els autors conclouen que alguns components antioxidants de l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva passarien la barrera hematoencef\u00e0lica amb un efecte directe sobre el cervell.
