En <strong>arribar la menopausa<\/strong>, perd aquest factor protector i <strong>la malaltia cardiovascular<\/strong> passa a ser la <strong>primera causa de mort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;ha publicat recentment a <em>Journal of the American College of Cardiology <\/em>un estudi molt interessant titulat<em> Sex Differences a Association of Physical Activity per All-Cause and Cardiovascular Mortaliy,<\/em> \u00e9s a dir, difer\u00e8ncies per sexe associant activitat f\u00edsica amb totes les causes de mortalitat cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest estudi, s\u2019avalua si l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica obt\u00e9 diferents beneficis segons el sexe. S&#8217;analitzen 412.413 adults dels quals el 55% s\u00f3n dones i s&#8217;examinen variables d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica com ara freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, durada, intensitat o tipus d&#8217;exercici aix\u00ed com totes les causes de mortalitat durant un per\u00edode que compr\u00e8n des del 1997 fins al 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Es van obtenir resultats interessants, com <strong>l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic regular<\/strong> comparat amb el sedentarisme <strong>redu\u00efa en un 24% la mortalitat en dones<\/strong> i un <strong>15% en homes<\/strong>. El punt de m\u00e0xima millora en la reducci\u00f3 de mortalitat en els homes es va trobar en 300 minuts d&#8217;exercici de moderat a vigor\u00f3s a la setmana; a les dones la meitat de temps, 140 minuts a la setmana va obtenir la reducci\u00f3 de mortalitat.I aquesta reducci\u00f3 es va constatar tant en exercici aer\u00f2bic com de musculaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes troballes confirmen la <strong>necessitat<\/strong> <strong>d&#8217;incentivar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>, sobretot en dones, ja que es demostra l&#8217;extraordinari paper de l&#8217;exercici com a factor reductor del risc cardiovascular i la mortalitat que s&#8217;hi associa.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed que des <strong>d&#8217;Esthetic BCN animem homes i dones a valorar el seu risc cardiovascular<\/strong> a fer exercici de forma regular, sobretot en dones en menopausa.<\/p>\n<p>Qualsevol dubte, t&#8217;esperem a <strong>Esthetic BCN<\/strong> de la m\u00e0 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/estheticbcn.com\/ca\/equipo\/dra-mireia-torregrosa\/\"><strong><em>Dra.
