Posem al forn la remolatxa al forn a 180 C \u00ba.<br \/>\n2. Torrem les llavors per separat.<br \/>\n3. Netegem i tallem l&#8217;escarola, els raves, les maduixes.<br \/>\n4. Netegem i coem a el vapor breument les kale.<br \/>\n5. Netegem, tallem el romanesco en arbrets i el coem a el vapor durant 5-7 minuts.<br \/>\n6. Per a la vinagreta ajuntem tots els ingredients i barregem.<br \/>\n7. Muntar amanida segons el nostre estil i amanir amb la vinagreta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propietats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A la remolatxa trobem antocians, espec\u00edfics de les fruites vermelles i amb un poder antioxidant molt elevat que supera cinquanta vegades a la vitamina E i unes vint vegades a la vitamina C. Ajuda a prevenir l&#8217;envelliment, el risc cardiovascular i les malalties degeneratives.<br \/>\nEl germinat d&#8217;alfals posseeix una gran quantitat de vitamines i minerals. Cont\u00e9 els amino\u00e0cids m\u00e9s importants, i una relaci\u00f3 f\u00f2sfor \/ calci excel\u00b7lent.<br \/>\nRica en clorofil\u00b7la, desinfectant i antian\u00e8mica.<br \/>\nRica en vitamina K, molt \u00fatil per a les hemorr\u00e0gies.<br \/>\nCont\u00e9 uns enzims que ajuden a fer la digesti\u00f3 i altres que catalitzen la destrucci\u00f3 de radicals lliures.<\/p>\n<p>Per caloria, la col kale t\u00e9 m\u00e9s ferro que la carn de bov\u00ed. El ferro \u00e9s essencial per a la salut, ja que est\u00e0 present en la formaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;hemoglobina i de les enzims, en el transport d&#8217;oxigen a diferents parts de el cos, en el creixement cel\u00b7lular, i en el funcionament hep\u00e0tic, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>La majoria de nosaltres coneixem la mostassa nom\u00e9s com una salsa groga de gust lleugerament picant ideal per acompanyar carns i barbacoes, per\u00f2 \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que aix\u00f2. Es tracta d&#8217;una petita llavor que curiosament pertany a la fam\u00edlia de les cols (Brassica) i que t\u00e9 propietats antic\u00e0ncer i antiinflamat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>SARDINES EN ESCABETX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-4 o 5 sardines de bona mida<br \/>\n-Perejil<br \/>\n-Farigola<br \/>\n-1 mica de sal marina sense refinar<br \/>\n-2 fulles de llorer<br \/>\n-1 cs de c\u00farcuma<br \/>\n-1 cp de gingebre (opcional)<br \/>\n-200 ml d&#8217;AOVE<br \/>\n-50 ml vinagre de poma o un altre de qualitat<br \/>\n-Pell de llimona o de taronja<br \/>\n-2 grans d&#8217;all<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Comprar unes sardines de qualitat en el mercat, demanem que les evisceren.<br \/>\n2. Col\u00b7loquem les sardines en una olla o paella i les amanim amb les herbes, esp\u00e8cies i la sal tenint cura de distribuir-les b\u00e9.<br \/>\n3. Afegim el vinagre i l&#8217;oli sobre les sardines a m\u00e9s de les pells de c\u00edtrics i les posem a foc (no gaire fort) perqu\u00e8 es facin per igual; al primer senyal d&#8217;ebullici\u00f3 apaguem el foc i ho deixem tapat perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;acabin de fer amb la pr\u00f2pia calor residual.
