Reservar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per a la salsa<\/strong><br \/>\nAjuntar tots els ingredients i barrejar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emplatat<\/strong><br \/>\nAmanir amb la salsa anterior, salteu 1 minut, servir tebi amb les llavors de carbassa i els tom\u00e0quets cherry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DHAL DE LLENTIA ROJA, KIMCHI I VINAGRETA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients per al Dhal<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf 200 g de llenties vermelles coral<br \/>\n\u25cf brou de verdures<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 ceba a brunoise<br \/>\n\u25cf el suc d&#8217;1 llimona<br \/>\n\u25cf Pell de llimona (opcional)<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 g de agar- agar en pols<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 c. s. de cibulet fresc picat,<br \/>\n\u25cf oli de coco<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 cs de curri<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 cs de llet de coco<br \/>\n\u25cf llorer<br \/>\n\u25cf sal d&#8217;herbes.<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 cs kimchi<br \/>\n\u25cf llavors de carbassa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per a les verdures<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf 1 tros d&#8217;api de 10 cm<br \/>\n\u25cf 50 gr de br\u00f2quil<br \/>\n\u25cf 50 gr cogombre a tires<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 cs de coriandre<br \/>\n\u25cf 2 grans all negre<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 pastanaga<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 carbass\u00f3<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 nectarina o pr\u00e9ssec<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per a la vinagreta<\/strong><br \/>\n\u25cf 1 cs de julivert<br \/>\n\u25cf 0,25 cp C\u00farcuma<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 cp Gingebre fresc<br \/>\n\u25cf 4 cs Oli de llavors<br \/>\n\u25cf 1,5 cs suc de llimona + la pell<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 cs Agave<br \/>\n\u25cf 1 mica sal marina<\/p>\n<p><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u27a2 A l&#8217;olla de coure les llenties, salteu la ceba amb una mica d&#8217;oli de coco i sal, segueix la cocci\u00f3 fins que es vegi transl\u00facida.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Ves agregant les diferents verdures en brunoise (tallades muyfinitas). Continuar la cocci\u00f3 10- 15 minuts.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Afegeix el curri.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Afegeix les llenties i el brou de verdures fins que cobreixi les llenties barreja 1 dit per sobre.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Bullir amb l&#8217;olla tapada durant 15-20 min. a foc suau.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Remenar de tant en tant.<br \/>\n\u27a2 En una cassola a part, amb brou dissolem i escalfem les agar-agar fins que arribar a ebullici\u00f3, segueix la cocci\u00f3 2 minuts.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Afegeix a les llenties.
